Size matters!
As all our Chess Boards are custom made they can be made to any size but the most popular are ‘standard’ and ‘large’.
- Standard – Total board size is c.300mm x300mm (c.12in x 12in) with a playing area of 240mm x 240mm (9.5in x 9.5in), 30mm (1in) squares.
- Large – Total board size is c.400mm x400mm (c.16in x 16in) with a playing area of 320mm x 320mm (12.5in x 12.5in), 40mm (1.5in) squares.
Smart indulgence
Prices start from £67 but are dependent on size, style and wood selected. For example a standard size Chess Board, with a resin only playing area and an Oak wooden frame would be in this region.
