Refund and Returns

Thanks for purchasing our products at Amethyst Tiger Designs.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to contact us within 14 days advising that you will be requesting a refund and providing proof of purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom or Commission orders are not eligible for a refund unless they are proven to be faulty.

We will acknowledge the request and provide a return address for the product(s) in question.

You must return the product in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way. The product must also be returned in the same packaging it was received in.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not cover the cost of the return postage. This is your responsibility.

After we received the item, we will inspect it and, if in agreement with the request, process your refund.

Monies will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

In the unlikely event that we do not agree with the refund request we will advise you in writing as to why this is the case.
